As the son of a family of musicians, Nik had contact with music and instruments from an early age.  His favourite was always the drums and he started drumming at the tender age of five years old.  Before he discovered rock music, he played many concerts in his father's orchestras, where his father was the conductor and arranger.  Over the years, Nik has gained a lot of experience in various bands, touring intensively.  Since 2017 he has been a permanent member of the German dark rock band Lord Of The Lost, with whom he has released very successful albums and toured worldwide.

"For my Legend Series drum kit I wanted a finish not too colourful, but still interesting. Something that looks very noble, but also transmits some kind of a raw vibe - with the Raven finish I got something that exactly mirrors my feelings on stage when I’m behind my kit.  I love the hardware on the drums which are massive and stable, but in a subtle design. The laser-cut badges which are screwed, not glued, on the shell and the branded washers inside the shell, all these intricate details show how much love is put into every single drum. And that's unique! I love it!!"
